I had a great experience at Bayside Family Dental. I needed an appt. to handle a toothache. I had never been there before but the administrator was very friendly and helped arrange one for me even though their schedule was full. The assistant who took my x-ray worked gently and stayed to chat until the Dr. arrived. Dr. Madani quickly assessed my tooth, answered my questions and gave her recommendation for further treatment. I was in and out in less than an hour- quick and efficient but not rushed. The whole feel of the office for me was warm and welcoming

Everyone in the office was lovely. They made me feel very safe bringing my toddler in for his cleaning. We waited in the car until called up. We were the only ones in the office, temperatures screened. We all wore masks until in the dentists chair. They wore the appropriate PPE and tried to make that less scary for my son by wearing puppy masks. They also turned on nursery rhymes overhead for him. It was a great experience and I would feel comfortable continuing cleanings on schedule during the pandemic.

Our experience was excellent and on point.I called in for an emergency call for my granddaughter and they got ys right in .Tammy,the front desk lady is so helpful and friendly and the Dentist is amazing.Took time to explain what was going on .This us a new dentist for the children and I love them already.
